The match starts with zQ splitting out the back with their Mesmer, Fire Ele and Heal Monk, immediately met by LaG's Assassin, Fire Ele, and Monk flagger. Aside from zQ killing one footman, this side of the map stalemates for awhile. At the main team LaG immediately caps the flag at the start and blocks zQ from getting their flag in (trying to run it in on their Warrior) for a full 5 minutes, although no kills are scored. That one flag cap after 5 minutes is the only flag zQ manages to cap the entire game.

At 6:45 LaG's Assassin leaves the split and goes to the main team (Marley does not follow), resulting in a kill on zQ's Water Ele at 7:26. This prompts Marley to leave the split and start running back to main team. At the same time on split, LaG's Monk flagger dies at 7:28, followed Bloodred also dying 7:44. zQ's Mesmer and Fire Ele immediately pull the Knights and are able to kill one of them, but LaG's Assassin has returned to the base now and jumps the Fire Ele, killing him at 8:02. Motoko immediately runs away back towards his base and stays alive, with LaG's Assassin and just-rezzed Fire Ele and Monk Flagger in pursuit.

Meanwhile, at mainteam, LaG scores a kill on zQ's Warrior (who is still trying to get another flag in) at 8:27 and returns the flag. From this point zQ is forced back into their base and remains in turtle mode for the remainder of the match, never even attempting to split off again after rezzing at 10:00. LaG steadily scores kills on zQ in their base and eventually kills the Guild Lord at 17:36.
